Robert J. Cove – General Manager

Bob has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. In 1990, he started his career with WS Kenney Co. Inc. as a carpenter and was promoted to superintendent in 1994. He was in charge of various renovation, retail, medical and commercial building projects. After WS Kenney, Bob went to work for Saxon Real Estate Partners from 1999-2011 as a construction manager. Bob began work for JBR Associates LLC. In 2012. He is currently the active General Manager.

Bob attended Worcester Technical Institute for Architecture and Construction and the University of Lowell for Civil Engineering.

Jack Reed – Owner (Retired)

Jack has over forty years in the construction industry encompassing residential, commercial, industrial and retail construction. During the 1970s Jack founded Reed & Clerke Construction Co. and built more than 500 homes. From 1979 – 1998 Jack was the Senior Vice President in charge of construction operations at W.S. Kenney Co. in Natick, MA and was responsible for estimating, bidding to subcontractors, awarding contracts, hiring of all field personnel and managing all projects from permitting to completion.  Jack founded Saxon Real Estate Partners in 1998 and developed a 700-unit retirement community in Middleboro, MA and was responsible for supervising the design, bidding to subcontractors, awarding contracts, oversight of all construction, permitting and relations with local conservation and planning boards.  From 2001 – 2004 Jack worked for Ferd Construction in Hollis, NH, first as Senior Vice President and then in 2003 as President.  Jack left Ferd Construction in 2004 to form JBR Associates, LLC.


A.Ryan Cove – Operations Manager

Ryan began working for JBR Associates in 2015. Ryan is an Estimator/Project Manager.

Ryan attended Middlesex Community College from 2016-2017 and graduated with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Ryan proceeded to finish his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at University of Massachusetts Lowell, he graduated with honors in 2021.

Thomas J. Cove – Estimating/Project Management

Thomas attended Vermont Technical College and graduated with an Associates Degree in Construction Management in 2016. Thomas went on to work for Whiting Turner at the University of Vermont Medical Center, where Whiting Turner built a 180,000 sq.ft. inpatient bed tower. In 2019 Thomas came to work with JBR Associates.

Jennifer F. McPherson – Office Manager

Jennifer started her career as Office Manager and Director of Research at Gregory S. Franklin & Assoc., LLC where she oversaw all internal research, reviewed research conducted by outside companies, and presented research results to clients. Jennifer then spent the next decade raising her children and volunteering in organizations such as the MOMS Club of Brooklyn, CT, 12 Tribes Food Cooperative and the Brookline, NH PTO. Jennifer currently does bookkeeping and secretarial work on a part-time basis for JBR Associates, LLC.

Jennifer holds a BA in Biology from Plymouth State College.
